The 1st time I used Stay Chat, I had been at placement #2 in the queue and it took 18 minutes until a Stay agent responded. The 2nd time, I had been at situation #2 all over again, but this time it only took 8 minutes wait time. This is sort of fantastic as compared to other exchanges that only reply via e-mail, without any Stay Chat alternative.
